설치 진행이 안되요

설치파일 실행하고 나니까 run as you may not have the necessary permissions to use all the features of the program you are about to run. you may run this program as a different user or continue to run the program as the current user. 이라고 나오면서

2run the program as the followin user

두가지 선택이 있는데 1번 선택하여도 설치가 진행이 안되내요

밑에건 아예 패스워드도 모르는데 ... 어떻게 해야하나요
