플러그인 컴파일중에 에러발생...ㅠ

README나 INSTALL 보고 맞게 해줬는데 구글링해도 저런 오류 해결법이 안보이네요 ㅠㅠ
해결방법좀 부탁드리겠습니다ㅠ
